1. Acceptance

By using paytoview.nl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The platform

paytoview.nl provides infrastructure for creators to sell digital content via one-time payment links. We are not responsible for the content creators upload or sell.

3. Creator responsibilities

• – You must be 18 or older to sell on this platform
• – You are solely responsible for the content you upload and sell
• – You must own or have full rights to all content you sell
• – You may not sell illegal content of any kind
• – Content depicting minors in any sexual context results in immediate ban and referral to authorities

4. Fees

paytoview.nl charges a 15% platform fee on all sales. Creators receive 85% of each sale. Payouts are processed manually upon request.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If content was materially misrepresented, contact support@paytoview.nl.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
