1. Acceptance

By using paytoview.nl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The platform

paytoview.nl provides infrastructure for creators to sell digital content via one-time payment links. We are not responsible for the content creators upload or sell.

3. Creator responsibilities

• –You must be 18 or older to sell on this platform
• –You are solely responsible for the content you upload and sell
• –You must own or have full rights to all content you sell
• –You may not sell illegal content of any kind
• –You may not sell adult or NSFW content. Payments run through Stripe Connect, which prohibits it — see the content policy
• –Content depicting minors in any sexual context results in immediate ban and referral to authorities

4. Fees

paytoview.nl charges a 15% platform fee on all sales, so creators keep 85% of their own listed price. In addition, the buyer pays a €0.35 transaction fee on top of the listed price, covering the cost the payment provider charges per payment. That amount is identical for every payment method and is shown to the buyer before checkout; it is not charged to the creator. Payouts are processed manually upon request.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If content was materially misrepresented, contact support@paytoview.nl.

6. Termination

We may terminate any account immediately for violations of these terms or of the content policy.
